    Its apple ipad, well proven, physically very well built. Had version 2 for 5 plus years, finally quit. My wife had two Samsungs in this period, each lasted about 18 months. Apple interface still an issue, doesnt work at all well if you want excel or word in real versions. Duh. As an old part, 67 use it almost a# phone, very visible to read, get texts. Still great battery life but not quite up to ipad 2. Have not required Bestbuy support.

    Bought for my mother. She hated the color. Unfortunately, the store did not carry any other colors so it was returned and we found a great one at Target.
