fits well and does a great job protecting the I pad. The tilt catches could be a little deeper as the pad has a tendency to slip

I was looking for a rotating cover, but I was concerned about the elastic band closure. I was familiar with the magnetic closure Targus but it didn't rotate. And 2 Speck closure tabs has snapped off prior covers. I am glad that I finally settled on this one. The elastic band seems strong enough to last the life of my iPad. And the rotating feature is used more than I expected. The red color means I don't misplace it easily! All around great product.
