Great lock for computers, just wished I had more guidance on it working for the Lenovo or not. So had to return it and will get another lock.

It says that it would work with my laptop....didn't fit, took back...hopefully it will make someone else happier one day.

Bought for Dell Laptops and won’t fit. New Dells have smaller slot. Salesman at Best Buy said these would work.

Coiled cable is to short and hard to manage. The locking mechanism works great! I'm submitting 3 stars because of the coil.

Got this cable to secure a kiosk placed at a stadium to protect it from rowdy sports fans. It was easy to set the combination and place it in position. If it keeps a kiosk in place, I guess it'll work for a laptop as well!

lock is decent and cable seems strong enough to deter the amatuer thief from just walking by and trying to swipe it from a library table. However i still wouldnt leave the laptop unattended nor be more than a few feet away.

Well designed - Works like a charm! Cable appears to be "Aircraft Grade" with durable vinyl coating. Enjoy the "Re-Settable" combination - easy to change, just use a dime or a screwdriver.

It is a good way to keep folks honest and not have to take your laptop to the bathroom with you when you're working from a public place.

I really was impressed by the quality of this locking cable. From the setting of the combination to tidiness of the coiled cable, this is by far the best cable lock I have purchased.

Great little locks that you can change the combo to whatever you want. These locks are not Fort Knox or anything but will help to keep the honest people honest!

Product works good for travel only. Too short for normal use or long areas to secure to.

For some reason the Chromebooks we switched to have a shallower connection for laptop locks. The kensington ones we had would not work. These Targus ones fit perfect.

While it is advertised that the cable can stretch to 6', the cable constantly pulls back into the original coil (which is very short). A MacBook Pro was not heavy enough to be kept from being dragged across the table where the lock was tied down. Good as a travel lock, not as a stationary lock.

A hacker will always get into your computer with time. Don't give them more by allowing your laptop to be picked, social engineering is still in hacker 101.

I needed this to lock up my work computer at home and it does the job.

Did not fit in the space for Dell Inspiron laptop.

I had other cable locks but they didn’t fit my new laptop. This one fits perfectly and I really like the flexible cable better.

I was told this lock would work on Apple laptops, but it did not.
