    Works perfectly for keeping my son from carrying my Apple computer around the house and dropping it. We have had many problems with broken screens from computers left on the floor and stepped on. This prevents that problem as well. I Love it!

    Even though it says it reaches a certain length, since it's coiled it's tight around the item you're securing the laptop to. I ended up getting the non-coiled laptop lock instead.

    We have used this for travel many times, but as far as we know, no one has ever tried to cut or defeat it. Does that mean we've been lucky, or does it act as a deterrent? Hard to tell, but glad we have it.

    You want your laptop locked to something? This will do it. Not sure exactly how. Might be wizardry. No one really seems to know, but who cares. It does the job. Ha ha to you, potential laptop thieves.
