Could not tell while it was in packaging, but once taken out of packaging, I knew it would not hold up under the weight of my laptop. Returned in perfect working order with packaging. Would probably be fine for a smaller, lighter laptop. Not a fit for my situation. Nothing wrong with product.

The first one lasted a very long time, and when it finally died, I wanted to get the very same brand again. I'm glad it was available and I was able obtain it with curbside pickup.
