Posted .Our fans have an RPM range of 1900 to 2500 depending on the model. This RPM range is average across most chill mats. They are designed to disperse heat. It barely kept it any cooler, but it used a fair amount of power.

A week later the other one stopped. If you are looking for a laptop fan continue looking this one is cheaply made and does not last long.

For that much noise I expect much more airflow that it produced. I returned it.
