Cheap, Load, Hot, & Useless.

This has to be one of the cheapest and most under performing tech products I have seen in 2 decades. Powered by a cheap and crappy mini-USB cable. The fans issue a high pitched sound while on and move almost no air what so ever. Purchasing a cooling rack for cookies from the dollar store would be more useful than this pile of garbage.

Functional but had some smell

Posted .We are sorry to hear that it had a smell that did not seem to go away. A smell can sometimes happen due to manufacturing but it normally dissipates with use and time. In this case you can try compressed air around the fans to see if that helps.
