Does an amazing job keep it cool. I love it . Will recommend 100%

I bought it a year ago. And it does the job of cooling pretty well. One of the 2 fans died after about 4 months but I still use it to lift laptop off my lap. And I use it upside down so the 4 little feet lift laptop up a bit to pull air through the sides. I think this one and all the other available ones seem overpriced for 2 little usb fans encased in plastic.

This duel fan cooling system works great on my dell laptop. Without it my laptop gets pretty hot and is too hot to place in my lap. Using this keeps the laptop cool and keeps it off my lap.

Not worth how pricey this product is. The fan on it is pretty weak and there is no on or off switch so in order to turn it off it has to be completely unplugged. Would've been more convenient with some kind of switch

Pro- 1. Cheap 2. Cools a Laptop (MacBook or PC) fast. Con (and extremely minor) 1. No power switch to turn on the device Overall, I am satisfied, which is the reason behind a 5 star rating!

Unfortunately, this product does not produce the necessary cooling power for my gaming laptop. The fan speed simply does not accelerate enough, only giving out a very small output of air. Most likely this is fine for non-demanding applications on a minimalist notebook, but for my needs, I'll be going with the Targus 4-Port USB Hub Chill Mat. That product had adequately cooled my laptop in the past for hours and no issues.

My laptop regularly overheats so when I read the reviews for this product I thought this would really helps lower the temperature. When I bought the product the first thing I noticed was the size. My laptop is 15.5 inches, so when I read that this could fit 16 inches I thought I would be fine. Not so, despite being smaller than the size limit my laptop would overhang the sides by an inch on each edge. Next came the height of the pad. My laptop sits on my desk at a decent height for gaming, but this pad raised it by at least an inch, making it difficult to play games using the WASD keys. The next issue was the amount of cool air being produced, despite having dual fans, they didn't produce enough cool air for it to even feel like a breeze. And despite having holes in the upper side to spread the air, it only continued in the path it was pulled into by the fans. Is this product quiet? Yes Is it cheap? Yes Is it a quality product? No. If you want something for your small laptop to keep it cool on your lap, this is the product for you. If you want something that produces a decent amount of cool air to keep your laptop cooled, I would suggest looking at other products.

I bought this for my macbook pro. Removed my computer from its macally bookshell2 case and used this since I received it. All it's good for is having a sturdy flat surface to hold my computer when working on the go. It provides a buffer between my legs and the hot computer. The two fans are very weak and cools every so slightly. I was expecting so much more from this. I don't recommend this for macbook users.
