The pad has vents throughout it, and the fans seem to cover the middle/back of my laptop. It definitely does a great job keeping it cool when my laptop starts to get warm/hot. The fans are a bit loud, and it's powered by USB. I use headphones so the noise doesn't bother me too much, but the noise is noticeable without headphones. It has held up great so far as well.

needed a cooling pad for my small Lenovo Thinkpad. This was the perfect size and really moves a good current of air to keep things from heating up. I believe a cooling pad prolongs the life of a small laptop computer

We bought the other brand first with the tilting top. It makes a very loud racket. This is quiet and cool. I now own two of them.

I can hear the fans but it's not intrusive and not louder than my laptop's fans. Takes up my only usb port so I might get a dock or something to help it run. Definitely keeps things cool and the fans are placed in the right spots. Not a fan of it being all plastic, but it is sturdy enough to get the job done.

Enjoy my fan for my computer. It's quiet and take up very little space on my desk. Recommend this product after buying a laptop.

This is a great laptop cooler for an older 3 1/2 year old Toshiba that runs hot, because that is where the battery is or the hard drive, under my right hand when typing. Has 5 fans that are quieter than other ones with two fans.

This for the price works as advertised! The price was right as well and easy to use. The sales person gave good information for me to make a good decision.

I use the fan often while on my laptop when I'm being lazy & am relaxing in bed. It keeps my laptop from overheating and it isn't loud. Sometimes I forget that I'm using it. Have had no problems.

This is an excellent product. This is essential due to the heat my laptop produces especially while gaming to keep it cooled down.

Don't buy for a gaming laptop the plastic will absorb the heat and just keep blowing hot air around, if you don't play games that turn your laptop into a toaster oven this is a great product to keep the heat at bay

Cools my laptop down enough while gaming. My laptop reaches about 89 degrees Celsius while playing Rainbow Six Siege while using it and reaches 95 without it

My Dual Fan Chill Mat works better than I had expected. It is also very quite.

My laptop was starting to overheat. Someone recommended trying a cooling pad. Found this one at best buy and it works great. Keeps laptop cool and is fairly quiet.

Overall good cooling pad, it is slightly small so I'd only recommend this pad if you have a small laptop. The cooling is also focused right in the middle of the pad so if your intake is near the top of the laptop it will loose some efficiency.

Works good for laptop, easy to use but need a stronger one

This item was great for a Lab-top because mine got really hot all the time and when it got hot it did not preform as well but when it had cool air it worked great, really recommend this if your Lab-top works good when you start up but when gets warm it starts slowing down.
