This product was a life saver for my laptop. I am on my laptop for work on a daily basis and I felt like it would get too hot. I love that this item plugs right into the computer itself and doesn’t require and charging.

Purchased beginning of Nov. 2017 and still going strong. In use 3/4 times a week which equals Approx. 9/10 hours. When it finally dies if it is still available will definitely buy again. Great bargain, great cooler.

I bought it for my grandson as his gaming laptop overheated. It was on a tabletop too so should have stayed cool. I got this Chill Mat and he had no issues the final week he stayed with me

Seems to work just fine with my ROG. I use it for business and my laptop has not overheated during high use

Runs quite quietly-sometimes I have to check to see if it is still running. Does its job to help my laptop keep its cool going.

Not the best cooling mat out there, but it gets the job done. Keeps my laptop cool enough for hours of gaming. Not too clunky so it's not cumbersome.

My laptop gets very hot in long period of use and by using the Targus - Dual Fan Chill Mat Cooling System it keeps it from over heating. For the price I would recommend this to users in everyday use.

I use it on my bed or couch to get my laptop up off of them so the fan ports on my laptop are not blocked. laptop operated as normal when sitting on this and if i plug it in then ive never heard my laptop fans kick in. it's quieter than my laptop fans too, but both are relatively quiet anyways.

Works great. Not much to get into, just know that it does the trick. I have a smaller 14'' HP laptop, and it sits perfectly on it in case you were curious about its dimensions.

This is my 2nd one, not purchased because the previous one quit working, but so I could have 1 at each location where I use my MacBook Pro. (And not have to remember to pack it!) It works very well to keep the laptop from getting too warm.

The transition was super easy. That "other" big phone maker wants you to think you'll lose your data or be lost in a new OS, but it's not true. The Best Buy team was awesome!!! THX

It works. There are cheaper options out there. But I don't know if this is better or not.

Due to our extremely hot, hot weather all summer, I finally purchased the Targus - Dual Fan Chill Mat Cooling System. I noticed a definite change. Works like a charm.

Love it keeps my laptop cool only has 2 fans but it's still worth it
