I bought this for my daughter's new Dell laptop that seems to be running a little warm. When she uses it in conjunction with this cooling pad the laptop seems to run much better and cooler. Her lap used to get very warm as well. She said this is just what she needed. Thumbs up!

This fan does a descent job in preventing my laptop from warming up... tho it could be a little wider to help with stability, overall it’s good enough.

This is the second one of these I have purchased and they both do a very decent job for their uses one of them I keep under my gaming router on 24 hours a day and has never failed on me the other I keep behind my atx gaming tower to keep it extra cool

I'm glad I bought this device. It maintains my Laptop cooler. I would have preferred that the rear of the Cooling Pad were higher or at an angle. Otherwise, it's a good product.

This item is tremendous! It cools the Processor and holds a 15.6 inch laptop firmly in place. It holds different positions and right now, I wouldn't be without it. I appreciate the assistance at Best Buy.

This cooling system works alright in cooling my laptop. I wish it was thinner, lighter, and with an integrated USB hub but I guess you get what you pay for.

Using the Targus laptop chill mat is a great way to protect my laptop from over heating while using on my lap. I was setting my laptop on a pillow but noticed it would get hot after a period of use. With the Targus chill mat, the laptop and my lap stay nice and cool.
