I'm a fan of the FAN !!

We hooked this up and the fans started turning right away. She has not said anymore about her laptop getting hot. it seems to work as advertised. And, the price is very reasonable.

Well, it WORKS

However, about a month in, one of the blades on one of the two fans fell off and jammed up the fan. After clearing it, the fan worked for another 4 months before another two blades on the fans cracked and fell off. Now it's significantly louder and I'm contemplating just throwing it away and buying one that is more solidly constructed.

Owned for 11 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed this as an emergency item to keep my company laptop from overheating (it had a bad fan and a bad battery and got used HEAVILY during the pandemic WFH situation). It did the job and the fan noise isn't *very* noticeable, just enough that sitting at my desk without headphones I can hear it. After almost a year of pretty constant use, it sounds like one of the fans is just a little bit off balance but it's still working.
