I think the variable speed model would have been nice, but since it was more expensive I went with the one speed model. Does what I need it to do. Laptop does not overheat like before.

Product works fine in cooling my ultra-hot MacBook, but it is quite noisy, audible from outside my study. There does not seem to be anything wrong with it as it keep working weeks on end.

I was told this product would work for my new laptop. It is to small and laptop doesn't stay on it. I took the word of sales person. My bad, now I need to find correct size.

It does the job, prevents my laptop from overheating. The only thing is the plastic is thin so when I pick it up with my laptop, the plastic touches the fan and scrapes it.

I think my kid likes it. *** Not sure. *** He hasn't complained, so I assume he likes it.

Fan works well and keeps my 14" laptop cool while running hard. It was however too expensive so I returned it and bought from amazon. Sorry bestbuy! Fix your prices!

The fan works well, but does not help the air flow issues underneath. It really needs to have some more space between the surface it is sitting on and the bottom, ie longer legs.

This is a good product to help keep your laptop from heating up. One negative is that when it runs, it's a little noisy.

Personally, this fan suits all my needs. It cools my laptop down, it keeps my computer going fast (I have an old computer) and the price is amazing given the quality of fan. I would definitely recommend this fan to anyone who's laptop fan is acting up or doesn't work properly

I returned the item after 1 day. Barely cooled down my computer. I had to be sure to place my laptop right over the fans to get any cooling down of the computer. I was looking for a mat to keep my computer cool while I was doing long hours on Zoom. The slanted design does not work well with my laptop

I was expecting the fans to blow a lot more air. It does it's job but I rather use a desktop fan instead of this. I gave this to my sister after having it for a few days.

Good size just plug in and it gets going, quiet and keeps laptop cool

Its ok. Doesn't draw a lot air but does the job. No complaints just wish it had more power

This cool pad works well my only ding would be that this on draws air from underneath so you really can’t put it on a pillow or lay it on a couch...

Does what it's supposed to and serves my purpose, but was a little pricey for what it is.
