Not big fans and I don't think a very high RPM, and I think they kind of miss the vents on my laptop. But even when I move the laptop around to try and line them up, there was no meaningful temperature drop. Will cross fingers the alternatives come back in stock and return in favor of one of those.

Kind of a waste of money

It's not very strong and doesn't cool down the computer at all, very flimsy feel to it as well. Targus is a great brand but this is not their best work.
