Surprised by how well this works. Using with a Razer Blade 15 that has fans on the bottom pulling up into the laptop and this pushes extra air towards the bottom of the laptop and really seems to help with temperatures. Not very loud at all.

This works great with my gaming pc, I’m also going to invest in another gaming fan in the future. Great price

I like this thing, it’s not the most high end cooler on the planet, but I will say it’s more portable than some of the higher end ones, and certainly more quiet.

I have a Netgear R7000 WiFi Router sitting on top of this, When there is a lot of internet traffic it gets hot and slows down. Not any more, cool as a cucumber. Plugs right into the USB port on the router and is barely audible when running.

I have no complaints. simple quick purchase. runs quietly. I'm buying a second one because I have a work and a personal computer.

Previously, I have been using the same brand of an old fan to help cool down my Samsung Galaxy Book Flex. But the problem was that my laptop was not efficiently cooled (its built-in ventilator was still rolling even with that old fan!); not to mention that it was too loud like an old diesel truck. That's why I purchased the new Targus fan as a replacement. A new version of Targus, in comparison with the old one, was "whisper-silent" and strong enough to cool my laptop. Even after strong work such as an edition process of motion pictures, my laptop was kept cool.

The chill Mat is easy use and provides air circulation for my laptop when on a flat surface. Keeps it cool so it doesn't get very hot.

It is usb so it connects to laptop to work. Does the job good.the fans arent that noisy.

I got this as a replacement for my wife's laptop. Her laptop was getting too warm and her old cooling fan quit working. With the dual fans, this keeps her laptop cool. It runs very quietly. Easily plugs into the laptop. It was a good value for the money.

Nice quiet cooling fan lightweight and compact unit

I got this after experiencing one too many high-temp resets and it is working as expected. The multi-speed/multi-power options have been handy and the fans are pretty quiet.

I picked this chill mat because of it's size, my new laptops are narrower and not as long so my choices were limited. I like this unit because the fans are quiet.. it is hard to find fans that I don't unplug because of the noise.

Good product and does what it needs to. Fan is kind of weak so I would’ve liked to be able to set the fan speed to a higher speed. Other than that, great product.

Lenovo laptop is beautiful and slim but design leaves no margin for cooling. This cooling system provides exactly what I needed to avoid from cooking the system and prematurely killing it. Easy to use, slim and convenient, comes with a small power cord to draw current from an empty USB port.

I'm a little hesitant on giving more stars. This is the second chill mat I bought, the 1st one I bought in January , started to get a ticking sound everytime it was on,and the fans were getting louder. Then I noticed that only one fan was working. Mean while covid-19 locked us down. So I couldn't return it within the "return time frame". the employee at the checkout counter informed me that the manufacture has a 1 year warrnty. So I contacted TARGUS. I explained what was happening , the person I spoke with instructed me to return it with an email they sent me to repair or replace the chill mat. In the email was the address of where to send it at my expence $23.00. They said it would take 3-6weeks to get back to me with the out come . So mean while I bought this one because I didn't want to use my laptop with one because it heats up a lot without a fan. I've had no problems yet, but the fans are a little louder than I like but it keeps my laptop cool. I like the extra USB ports , I can charge my phone and use a small fan to me cool too. All in all it does the a great job in keeping my laptop cool. TARGUS sent me a new Chill mat 5 weeks after I sent in the defective one. I gave it to my daughter .

Convenient, light weight, effective, affordable & low noise. I don't use the G7 for gaming, but the fan keeps it cool, with a minimal amount of noise.

It cools well. My laptop's fan bearing is noisy whih suggests it does not effectively cool itself. Even with a ssolid state processor that can be bad. However, the double fan is super to off-set that concern re internal heat. Also, the unit is just the right fit spatially and its simple operation is appreciate. It's a bargain!

I highly recommend this product for using with a laptop that gets hot while in use, especially for gaming laptops. I like how its really quiet and simple to use. I would of liked a 90 degree connector for the usb as it sticks out while plugged into my laptop.
