Does a great job keeping PS4 cool.also very quiet Very happy with it

It cools as described and performs as well as the price suggests. If only I had some rubber stoppers to keep this metal laptop from sliding up and down the chillmat. Also it's not a lap desk unless it's on another lap desk you already own.

I was told by my company's IT tech to get a laptop fan for my son. Son started college the fall and needs to keep his new laptop from overheating and help keep it in good condition. It should prolong its life and keep it working smoothly. Good advice for anyone. This fan it the ticket and good price too!

Much quieter than my last. Very lightweight. I forget I have it until I go to move my laptop.

Plugs in via USB and two fans run. Keeps laptop cooler. You can hear the fans but it's not too loud to be bothersome.

I've been using this cooling pad for almost 2 months? For my UltraThin Acer V5. It's good when I plug it in. But now whenever I disconnect the cooling mat, my laptop depends on it because I can hear my laptop fan roaring to cool down. And yes, since my laptop is UltraThin <1" it will experience heat. My laptop has Intel Core i5 3337U of 1.8GHz up to 2.7GHz Turbo Boost and 8 GB DDR3 Memory. I expected it to cool once I've been using the cooling pad for a while, which it did, but now, it can't cool off by itself. Feels like I'm damaging my USB 3.0 Port Since that's the place I plug it in, next to the laptop fan. I think using an adapter for the cooling pad, may boost it up a bit faster for a desktop feeling if you want to put your laptop there on a desk on top of the cooling pad. But maybe I just need a better laptop since, it heats up a bit too much.

This cooling mat solved a big problem. My son's gaming laptop was laggy (running slow), and it turned out it was slowing down the processor due to getting too hot. We added the mat and its temperature lowered considerably and no more lag!

Its pretty good about cooling my computer down. I usually could hear my computer processor running way too much (and occasionally my screen would go black), but that hasn't happened since I've used this. If my computer gets too hot before I turn it on, it doesn't do much however.

This item was not what I expected but was a good purchase

Keeps my Lenovo slim pro 7 cool even when I'm gaming for many hours at a time. I just wish it had extra USB ports but for the price it's worth it

When my old cooling mat system broke I needed new one.I did some reviewing on a new cooling mat system.The Targus Duel Fan Chill Mat was good in it's reviews so I went to Best Buy to check one out.I asked one of the techs in the department about it and she gave me some good advise on the product so I bought it.When I got home and hooked it up it was more than I expected.I'm very pleased with this product.

Before I started using this fan my laptop would get very warm while running graphics at high resolution and frame rates. This has solved the issue. I would call it a Chill "mat" as it is more like a lightweight laptop with the lid closed. A little noisy but it definitely does what it is supposed to do. USB powered.

This cooler really works. It's light and sits on your lap, not to mention it keeps your lap and the laptop cool.

If you have a laptop or notebook that has the air vent on the bottom, you need this product. USB-C connection right to the laptop that circulates cooling air to prevent overheating.
