My wife has one under her computer and so do I. They are strong and very quiet and run cool.

I purchased this item because my oldest computer heats easily when using it, Therefore, I could barely use it because I felt uncomfortable with it and was worried with the fact that the heat may have provoked the malfunctioning of other systems. However, while using this apparatus, my computer does not heat as much or as fast as before, which I find reasonable because the computer has 5 years. ¡Great choice!

Way better than I thought it would be. Cycles a lot of air and keeps my laptop very cool. I like that it's hollow all the way through with holes for really good air flow. I would recommend a small wedge between this and the laptop for even more airflow.

This is a light weight, mostly quiet cooling pad for a laptop.

Keeps the laptop cool. It is vey quite. Great value.

I have several problems with this product: 1) The power plug uses the outdated micro plug, not the Apple lightning or Android plugs. So you have to bring this cord with you everywhere. When you lose it, you are screwed. 2) This product was designed to cool laptops by sitting flat on a table and blowing the air up. And its dual fans, which are not really that powerful, sit on the left side of the flat-lying unit. Problem is my Surface Pro 3 overheats in a specific corner (upper left, back wide). Plus the SP3, like many touchable screens, is designed to be used mostly with its screen propped up in its triangular base. So I have to prop the fan up, leaning it up against the upright SP3 backside. -- That said, it does the job.

I like how well it seems to keep my laptop cool. It also is nice when I'm working with it on my lap.

It does what it's supposed to but if you've got a laptop that dissipates serious heat id go for one a little more heavy duty this one only decreased temps by roughly 1-3c My new one does 5-7c

This Targus does what it is expected to do. It is simply, it is effective, and it is easy to use. There are higher cost models, from Targum and from other brands, but this one is adequate for me, and I think it would be adequate for anyone.

If you want simple laptop heat-sink platform, this product will work. Has to be on level surface, like a table. For its size it will assist cooling a laptop. The size is on the small size of small laptops. Check the dimensions of your laptop and this cooler.
