My laptop had a bit of an overheating issues, but I haven’t experienced that again since I got this product. I’d recommend it if you’re experiencing the same issue I did.

Bought this when found CPU fan was running hot from extra processes putting a load on the processor. Provided some peace of mind that was helping to keep from overheating.

My laptop has been overheating. This cooling unit is a bit pricey and I don't really like that it raises my laptop up higher because it makes it harder to type and just more unconformable to use. It has helped cool it down though, so it does get the job done. I just wish there was a way to make it flatter. Overall, a decent product, but it should be cheaper. It's literally just plastic and fans. No need for it to cost so much. I also dislike that it takes up a USB port. I would like for it to use batteries or something so it can have its own power. Oh well, it works for now.

Every bang for its buck . Doesn’t like much pressure but can handle a little roughness and does it’s job . Can’t expect more from it for only twenty bucks .

I have one to keep my Alienware m17 gaming laptop cool. Also great if you want to sit on a couch or lay on your bed and not have a hot laptop burning your lap. I would really recommend one if your laptop has trouble cooling down.

it is quiet & keeps my laptop cool, that is what I wanted.

While designed for a laptop, I use this on my IMAC which was getting hot while gaming. Again, acknowledging it was designed for a lap top, I wish it came with a stand so it could be used vertically. Nonetheless, I made a stand so the chilling mat stands vertically and blows cold air on the overheated part of the IMAC. Works like a champ.

It keeps my laptop cool. A little noisy. The little bumpers don’t hold it well I use binder clips to keep laptop from sliding off.

The cooling pad is a great asset to have for your laptop. i personally need it to help keep ,y laptop cooler as i do animations on it so it takes a lot of power so therefor it heats up a lot.. this product really helps towards it cooling down and stops it from crashing from over heating.

Love it, even when i dont plug it in, it still sits under my laptop and allows air to pass through

My Asus gaming laptop gets really really hot because it’s a power horse and this was recommended. It keeps it cool surprisingly so I highly recommend it.

I had another cooling pad which I also bought from Best Buy for my Mac, but I didn't ask anything about it and just bought it off the shelf. I felt it didn't do a very good job keeping my laptop cool (it tends to overheat). So when I went to get a new one, I asked a salesperson to give me a recommendation and this was one he suggested. It works great!

Bought two, one because one computer was still hot sometimes even after blowing it out, and just "because" for the newer one. Keeps both cool, not objectionably loud at all, runs on USB port from computer.
