This is the first such device I've purchased. Thus I really don't have anything to compare it with but I knew I needed something that was reasonably priced. I like the fact that it turns off by itself and with dual fans there is a low frequency sound but not distracting to me. The fan awareness isn't any more obvious than that of a desktop fan. Don't let my fan comments deter you from purchasing. To me...it is a good value.

its good but just alittle loud and dont care for it as it sits flat.

This is the best accessory I could have purchased. I use my laptop for work all day and it can get rather hot. Since I've been using the fan pad the laptop stays remarkably cool.

Love my laptop cooler. I can not sit with my laptop on my lap without it getting hot.

This fan is used for my Hp laptop that I use for gaming and school work. Let me just say thag this fan is amazing. It works well and can keep things cool when I overclock my laptop.

Keeps everything underneath it from overheating. Makes things very safe.
