I like the Chill Mat but I would have preferred if the power port was on the side for easier access to the laptop's usb plug and possibly an on/off switch instead of having to plug it or unplug it every time i want the fan on. Overall it keeps my laptop cool and I like it.

I've been using this for 2 years or so. Very dependable, quiet, and cools just enough for my laptop. the USB plug can go into my laptop or, as I prefer, into the HP printer there above the pullout shelf where the laptop sits.

Works good. Good size. Keeps the system cooled. Pretty good price.

I had an old, very loud, very large cooling mat. I finally got tired of listening to it and went looking for something new. Found this online, bought it, had it sent to my home. And am so glad I did. Quiet, easier on my wrists. Wish I'd found it sooner.

Keeps my laptop running cool. This pad makes it so the integrated cooling system on my laptop doesnt have to work so hard during heavy usage. Definitely serves its intended purpose.

This laptop cooling pad is good for its price and local availability to pickup at Best Buy stores. Obviously it’s not the best out there, but good if you need one quick. It has dropped temps on my ASUS Tuf A15 laptop approximately 3 degrees Celsius.

wish it had thermostat control and would shut down when the laptop is cool enough. Also when I close the lid and the stupid computer is doing updates or something it will still shut down for overheating since I have disconnected the fan from the USB port. Also if I forget and leave it plugged in it runs constantly - But the fan unit has solved the almost insurmountable problem of keeping my HP laptop running long enough to do the endless Windows 10 updates. Have had 4-5 failures to update in past times - turned unit upside down and put a little box fan on it to get them done,

bought this for my new home-use dell laptop, the laptop gets hot pretty easily. but with the cooling mat, the laptop remains cool at all time, and I do seriously mean stay-cool-to-the-touch at all time. I now leave the laptop running pretty much 24/7 along w/ this cooling mat. Works perfect for a great price!

The fan is pretty weak, but I mostly bought it for on-the-go. It's a good size for travel and putting it in my bag and is super lightweight, but the fan isn't particularly strong or anything.

This cooling mat is easy to connect to your laptop. Its quiet and powerful. For the money it works.

Works great keep laptop much cooler doesn’t feel like your legs are burning while using laptop and is very quiet you don’t even realize that it’s on when using it.

4 stars in my opinion. The size is good but I wish it had a space in between the fans otherwise it doesn't suck in enough air. Still keeps my laptop cooler than normal just not as cold as I would like it.

It took a few minutes to turn on. Once it activated, it now works fine.

It is a good product, it works well, it is easy to use, it seems of poor quality at first glance but do not get carried away by appearances, also check the size of your laptop, because it could be short, it is small for me but it still works for what it's made to do, cool the laptop, it cools it pretty well by the way.

This has helped my old gaming laptop quite a bit. Fans are quieter than I expected for the price, and it’s definitely improved GPU performance.
