    It is an ok but not great fan to cool off a smaller computer or tablet. A thin computer is best. Thicker computers cause the fans to stop working

    HP laptop has had overheating problems for several years. Up until recently simple solutions like this have been either unavailable or over priced. This low-profile unit plugs into a usb port and works like a charm. It would be a PITA to travel with as it's about the same size as the laptop itself; however, it's very light.
