The cooling pad works and keeps my laptop fans from running nonstop. That being said, it is pretty loud and has no options for fan control, it’s either on or off. Would’ve been nice to have a couple of fan speeds to choose from, as well as some adjustability on the height/angle of the pad.

Could not tell while it was in packaging, but once taken out of packaging, I knew it would not hold up under the weight of my laptop. Returned in perfect working order with packaging. Would probably be fine for a smaller, lighter laptop. Not a fit for my situation. Nothing wrong with product.
