Cooks the computer, one of the fans got stuck and won’t work… can’t open it without breaking it to fix the fan…

I use this for my gaming laptop to help keep it from overheating. It is not very noisy from other reviews. I use it on my desk and not on my lap. I would recommend to anybody who just wants to keep their laptop from getting too hot.

It helps cooling the laptop but I should have gone for one with more fans. It does help but I think it is a bit too small for a 17 inch laptop as advertised, maybe would be great for a 15 inch or a chromebook.

Works well in summer but there making new labtops thar can atay cool without an attachment on there own and there more quiet so it well faze this item out

Solid little cooler, light weight and robust. I can slide it into my backpack with my new MSI Delta 15 and not feel the extra weight. The fans are strong and relatively quiet, but not silent. Definitely helps keep air flowing around my Delta, even though the laptop has side vents. I recommend this cooler at this price.

Great product keeps laptops nice and cool with several hours of multi tasking on apps and video calls. The fan db level is a lil loud but able to drown it out as white noise

The duel fan keeps my gaming laptop cool with low noise and vibration. I wish I had another laptop so I could buy another one.

We were facing having to replace a fan in out HP laptop. This has allowed us to extended the life of the laptop by providing cooling to the processor. I'll have to eventually replace the fan, but not today.

It does the job is not expense and is easy to use.

This is working well and helped me to cool my laptop to avoid lagging. I would have liked that you can unplug it from the device but you need to unplug only from the electric outlet. Is an entry level one. Not too noisy.

I had a problem with my laptop getting hot, so I bought this chill mat cooling system. Just plug it in and go-nothing else to do. It's lightweight and keeps my laptop cool. Wish it weren't as loud as it is, but after a while, it just becomes white noise.

This Chill Mat is the exact size I need for my new 14 inch 2 in 1 laptop. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because it could use a lip on the front edge to keep the laptop from sliding toward me when I'm using the computer in my lap.

I've seen them in the past, but never thought I'd need one until my pen had slipped to the side of my laptop, and when I retrieved it, it was hot! So I rushed out and picked up one, and love how it works. It is quiet and pretty much starts up when my laptop is in use. No more problems with heat generation from the laptop. Worth the investment.

I returned this item because it was not needed in my particular situation. As far as I could tell, in other environments, or if I had to hold my lap top on my lap or a soft, spongy surface it woud be useful

fits great under my lenovo thinkpad T14 and reduces the temp by 10-15 degrees C. the fans are situated just right to force air into the intake vents under it. it fits in my laptop bag as well. overall, i like it and it was worth it.
