Cycles a lot of air and keeps my laptop very cool. I like that it's hollow all the way through with holes for really good air flow. I would recommend a small wedge between this and the laptop for even more airflow.

I never had to raise the volume on a game or movie. Light weight enough that I just leave it under my laptop and grab them as one!

There are higher cost models, from Targum and from other brands, but this one is adequate for me, and I think it would be adequate for anyone.

Has to be on level surface, like a table. For its size it will assist cooling a laptop. The size is on the small size of small laptops. Check the dimensions of your laptop and this cooler.

They keep the laptop cool while I'm working on it, which is all that I wanted. It doesn't stop the laptop from getting hot, but it does slow down the time it takes for it to get hot. It would be nice if it were a little quieter, but I'm not sure how that could be achieved while keeping it at the price it sells for.

Was concerned about it's thin design limiting the amount of air it could circulate through the machine, but no need. Does what's needed when the gaming itch strikes!
