When she uses it in conjunction with this cooling pad the laptop seems to run much better and cooler. Her lap used to get very warm as well. She said this is just what she needed. Thumbs up!

I was setting my laptop on a pillow but noticed it would get hot after a period of use. With the Targus chill mat, the laptop and my lap stay nice and cool.

It cools the Processor and holds a 15.6 inch laptop firmly in place. It holds different positions and right now, I wouldn't be without it. I appreciate the assistance at Best Buy.
