Though, that is expected with any gaming laptop. It's just important to ensure good airflow beneath the pad.

It cools the Processor and holds a 15.6 inch laptop firmly in place. It holds different positions and right now, I wouldn't be without it. I appreciate the assistance at Best Buy.

Just what was needed

When she uses it in conjunction with this cooling pad the laptop seems to run much better and cooler. Her lap used to get very warm as well. She said this is just what she needed. Thumbs up!
