My son showed me that i can plug it into my laptop and actually use the fan if I am concerned about the temp, what a concept! Perfect for its job!

It definitely gives me 5° to 10° lower. No incline (not like I needed it), no gamer lights, just a cooling pad that works.

The laptop sits bigger than the pad but it's not a big deal. My main concern was if it would keep my laptop from getting to hot and shutting off. So far after a few days of playing it has been working.

My daughters iMac Air was getting very hot at times when she would be using Photoshop and this really helped. For the price, we will definitely get our moneys worth.

Only 13.25" wide by 9.5" deep, but is thin

This model is only 13.25" wide by 9.5" deep. So it will fit up to a 15.6" laptop, but certainly not a 17" laptop as suggested. That being said, it is thin, quiet, and unobtrusive. There is no on/off switch and no fan speed control. I'm keeping it because there are no distracting LEDs on the fans.

Quieter than expected

With this fan it stays cool, knowing that battery life can be hurt I wanted to try to keep it cool. Problem solved!
