This was a very low-powered fan setup. I have never bought one of these before, so did not know what to expect. Went ahead and returned it for another one that had more adjustability to the height and fan speed.

Great cooling pad for college student

Kid likes this very much since it keeps the laptop computer cool when doing heavy computations. So far has not got any complain.
