The mat is quiet and works great and as expected. i have been using it for over a month and no issues thus far. I bought this unit because there are legs to break, and is a reliable brand.

Worth it but probably gonna have to step it up & get a better one next time.

The fan is great in the way it works. You simply plug it into your computer port and that's how it gets its power, so you don't need extra plug ins. It even keeps the built in fan on your computer from having to kick on at all, which is great because you don't have to worry about it wearing out, or your computer burning up. The only thing that bothers me about it, is that it doesn't snap onto the bottom of the computer at all, so it's just like sitting your laptop on a tray, and it's up to you to keep the trays together, so it's kinda of bulky and slides around when you move, which is a pain, but a necessary evil to keep my laptop alive. Overall a great product for the money.

I purchased my dual fan chill mat to use with my laptop. The mat does a great job keeping my laptop cool. Thank you for a great product!

good for price, their are better but cost more, works for what I needed

I bought the fan to cool my Dish DVR that was running hot and shutting down. The DVR hasn't shutdown since putting the fan under the DVR.

I had to buy this for my Xbox One X because it sounded like a jet engine and kept crashing. It plugs into a USB port and works like a charm.

A little bit of noise but not too loud. It gets the job done and makes gaming possible

The Dual Fan Chill Mat Cooling System works great for my computer because the vents are at the bottom. This gives my computer an air space and the fan also helps keep it cool.

This "chill mat" is an excellent product & does exactly what it's supposed to do - Keep my wife's laptop from burning the top of her legs when she's using her laptop on her lap.

Previous unit had only one fan, this model has two fans that help cool the laptop battery.

This is the first such device I've purchased. Thus I really don't have anything to compare it with but I knew I needed something that was reasonably priced. I like the fact that it turns off by itself and with dual fans there is a low frequency sound but not distracting to me. The fan awareness isn't any more obvious than that of a desktop fan. Don't let my fan comments deter you from purchasing. To me...it is a good value.
