Keeps laptop cool while working on heavy files to upload or download. I have an an older version of MacBook Pro (late 2015) and with COVID19 stay at home it’s getting a work out. Work, tv/movie viewing, games. Poor thing is running a Marathon days. Plate blows gentle air perfectly. It has a slight hum to its operating. Not annoying. Makes a great lap table for laptop.

Very comfortable on my legs. Keeps cool and runs very quiet.

My wife uses her laptop in bed. When she gets up she leaves it on the comforter--bad idea. It sinks into the down and overheats. Her computer completely crashed a while back & I had to do a complete recovery reloading the software. Now, she uses the chill mat. I use one on my computer even though I keep it on a small movable table--got to have one. My only complaint is that the mat should be a bit larger; but other than that--works great.

Very satisfied with the dual fan cooling unit that I got for my laptop. It constantly keeps my device cool, and is stable enough by itself to be placed on a bed, a couch, or on my lap. Highly recommend this cooling unit to anyone who needs an easy, portable, and convenient way to keep their busy laptops cool.

The fan could stand to be a little stronger, but it does keep the laptop cooler.

It does a great job in keeping my gamer laptop cool and is very comfortable when I have it on my lap.

I have a new gaming laptop and this dropped the average temperatures 4 or 5 degrees C, which I am happy with. If you're having overheating issues don't rely on this model to change the temperature much. Im not expecting this to last long, but you get what you pay for.

The fan works great. It automatically turns on when I power up my laptop.

The laptop cooling pad is really quiet, and does a really good job! Although my laptop still gets quite warm on one side of it if it's in use a few hours or more, the cooling pad fans help immensely. It's the 2nd one I have owned, since pets chewed thru cord on previous one I had for many years.

It keeps my laptop cool. It has rubber to keep my computer set in place without worrying if my laptop will slide around.

Not a very exiting item, but it does what it is supposed to. Lightweight and no noise...so far so good.

Got this chill mat for a great price. Its quite its cool and goes by the name of Targus.

Effective for keeping temperatures down, especially during heavy usage like gaming or video editing. Simple plug-and-play functionality.

It works good to prevent heating from your laptop when you using for long terms. The only thing is that it does not come with extra usb chargers and the price is a little high for this one, i recommend it but is old kind of fan dashboard and is not advanced.

This is a good fan but considering I work remotely and am also doing my college courses at home, my computer is running quite a bit on a daily basis. At times my computer still heats up more than I would like it to. Maybe for the average person that is using their laptop less than I am, it would be perfect. I just wish the fans were stronger to keep the laptop cooler for a lengthy period of time.

I purchase this dual fan lap chill mat cooling system for my grandson school laptop computer. It works great! It not to loud and it keeps his laptop cool while using it during school hours. So glad this is the one I brought.

This item has worked great on my laptop. I had to replace fans on my laptop and decided to add this to help and it really does.

Keeps my computer with fan issues from overheating. I use my laptop, and thus this mat, for full workdays, and it feels comfortable on my lap - even while wearing shorts!

This was a replacement for a very old Targus fan which had a broken power connector. This fan is improved because one end of the USB power connector is hardwired into the unit and can be stored away in its own little area. The padded bottom sits comfortably in my lap and will not mar hard surfaces. My only complaint is that whomever wrote the specs on the Best Buy site has no idea what they are doing, because the fan speed is listed as 2 RPM (which would be barely moving). The dual fans actually run a whole lot faster; enough to keep the laptop running cool, and they are very quiet. The warm air underneath the laptop is drawn in from the top of the unit (which is directly under the laptop) and flows out through each side.
