it is very quiet. and i no longer feel hot air along the side of my laptop. it is comfortable when in my lap; not hot . i just wish it was a little bit wider. but it is working great for what it is designed to do.

I purchased this item because my son was always working on his laptop in bed. I was afraid that the fans would suck up lint from his blankets and destroy the laptop. I got this home and he loves it. The base plugs into the usb port on his laptop to power the built in fans on the base. It is so quite you don't even know its running. Well worth the money.

I have a newish work laptop that has a ridiculously loud fan. This mat seemed like it would be good the first few times I used it, but after a few uses, it's like the laptop fan loudly exclaimed, "I see you, Mat. You may think you can quiet me, but I'LL SHOW YOU." The mat is pretty useless, despite the fan matching up exactly where it should underneath my laptop. I'd say after a few weeks, it helps 2/10 times. I wish it worked better for me. The footprint is otherwise perfect. It is very light and fits perfectly in my laptop bag with the laptop itsef. :(

my fan stopped working so i bought a single fan mat and it did not work as good as it was supposed to. i brought it and saw this one and i purchased it it works just great i would recommend this cooling mat it everyone.

This item has worked great on my laptop. I had to replace fans on my laptop and decided to add this to help and it really does.

I bought this pad to keep my laptop nice and cool. It seems to be working pretty well. It does make a little noise, but nothing that I can't get used to. I haven't tried to place the pad with my laptop on my lap yet, but it seems that it would probably work just fine. The real downside...I lost another USB port...

Its hard to tell how much better this performs than my past cooling mat that i gave away. Does its job has a nice copartment for the cable which is long enough to connect to a secondary power/charging block on an extension cable...considering how limited some laptops are with usb ports. Got it to cool my system for gaming....as bfv load screens and menus are BRUTAL 90c on a 10750h brutal yet in game its 70-75c. Id say this accounted for 3-5c in thermal drops in game loads max. Is somewhat loud to a point that its not worth using outside of major loads/tasks like gaming or rendering.

Helps keep my laptop cool and with an added measure I can nip put my laptop on my lap.

It's really nice, I feel like an idiot for getting one for my gaming laptop thinking it would help cool it down. Felt like I was brining a bottle of water to a big fire... It's great for your MacBook and other small laptops.

I definetly reccomend this! Even if you dont keep the fan on all the time, it raises my laptop to a comfortable height. Its nice and light so i can carry it and my laptop around easily.

This cooling mat works just as described. It's very comfortable on the lap and keeps both the laptop and my lap cool.

I got this because my gaming laptop runs a little hot on my legs. This cooling pad works really well. It protects my legs and keeps the laptop cooler as well. I am not saying that this is the best option out there, but it is working well for me.

The fan is just what I wanted, sleek, not bulky - and cools my laptop well when I am doing my work from home and really working out my machine. Very pleased!
