    I needed a laptop fan to use when sitting in bed or on the couch and this works great. It keeps the laptop elevated off my lap/bed and helps keep the computer cool to the touch. USB powered so it requires no external power except what your laptop can provide.

    Although its a lap cooling mat I prefer to use it on my desk with my laptop computer. It's sturdy and holds my 17" in place. Does not wobble like other brands. Works as intended to.

    The Dual Fan Lap Chill Matt works exactly as I had hoped. It is comfortable to use on my lap. Also when it is on a table, it helps to keep my lap top from overheating.

    I have cooling pads for all our family laptops...must have as heat is a major enemy for laptops. This Targus does an adequate job. I wish it cooled a little more and was less noisy, but for the price and for what it does, I would recommend it.

    I brought this for my kid who uses a laptop. The verdict is the card is rather short, doesn't really fit the laptop, airflow isn't very strong. It cool the laptop some, but wish it did more.

    I had bought this for a cheapy laptop that was starting to overheat too much. It did an excellent job of cooling the laptop down without a lot of noise. It saved me from having to buy a new laptop when I didn't have the money for one.

    This unit is light weight and works well. Needs to have more airflow i.e, better fans, less plastic, maybe a rechargeable since most laptops are using less usb ports now?
