They seem happy with it. Microsoft surface notebooks seem to run a little warm. Runs off USB. If you only have USB C you will need an adaptor.

Cool Lap

Seems to keep it at a nice temperature and really works well just as a spacer on my lap when using it.

Not quite enough

This did an adequate job for that but had occasional problems. Had to upgrade to a 5 fan model and all is well. This may work for standard day to day operations

Still working

It's been two years and it's still working. I used it to keep a gaming laptop from overheating and did its job. I now use it on a new, much smaller 13" Dell that can get quite warm if it's running a bunch of media due to lack of exhaust ports.
