Just what I was looking for. This cooling fan keeps my older laptop from overheating. Shipping was amazing, got it the same day I ordered it.

not the best cooling pad, but better than the cheapest option. had to wrap the ends in electrical tape after a few months because it easily frays. I play one game on my ASUS laptop, and normally it runs hot. This pad does the job I need. Wish it was less expensive.

Bought it for the girlfriend after she complained that her laptop was trying to burn her. No complaints since, even though she's a power gamer.

We bought this because our 5 year old laptop kept overheating and shutting down when playing games. This pad keeps it cool and it hasn't shut down at all in the two months since we started using it....before that, shutdowns were a daily event. Great product!

Works great and helps regulate cooling of my laptop

This is an okay chill mat. The padding on the bottom is nice to keep your lap cool/comfy while working. Biggest complaint with this chill mat is the cord is shorter than I anticipated and having an older laptop it made it more challenging to use.

Liked comfort of it but pretty much useless for our needs. Cost way more than others that were better and more powerful. Not a gamer but use laptop for few hours at a time. Lap top gets extremely hot and thus this was useless. Had to return

Very calm cooler. Need to have good senses to feel it's running.

It's not at all stylish. It feels cheap. But hey, at least it works and does what it's supposed to. I bought this for my 17.3" laptop and obviously it didn't fit correctly but it's slim enough and does its job. I wouldn't recommend because Best Buy definitely has other, better options.

I like to sit on my sofa and work on the laptop. The dual fan lap chill is quiet, light and comfy. Makes working on the laptop easy and comfortable

I use it when I do homework on my bed and I think it is great!

Cooling mat worked as advertised. Solved my overheating problem.

Works great! Keeps it cooler than my other cooling pad and is perfect if you put your laptop on your lap.

My laptop is prone to overheating. The previous cooling mat I had did an excellent job keeping my laptop cool. This one is not quite as good, though the convenience of the soft underside is not to be overlooked.

Returned the more expensive model made by Targus because it was like being in the room with a jet engine. Plugged this model in to one of the display computers before leaving the store. This one is so quite you won't know it is running.
