The fans don't cool the laptop down enough, I have a 17" HP and it still gets hot and the mat gets warm, the fans don't pull like they should to cool down, it is easy to use. Very friendly staff.

My wifi router was having heat problems specially in summer which caused some download speed problems so i got this to help the temps and its been working perfectly!

Thought it was too pricey at first. But, my laptop hasn't felt hot since using it. I'd say it is worth the cost.

This is third Targus Cooling Mat I have purchased.. One just quit working and the other one's power cord split where it plugs into the laptop. I needed a cooling fan and the Best Buy online selection isn't the greatest so trying this Targus one more time.

I got this laptop cooling system for my 15" Asus ROG laptop and it works very well. Quiet and comfortable for long gaming sessions or just browsing the internet.

So far this cooler has done what it's supposed to do and that is keeping my laptop cool and I like the cloth bottom for sitting in your lap . The price is all right.

I bought this to put my laptop on. I don't have to turn on the fan for it to keep my lap cool. I recommend this for anyone using a laptop on their lap.

Easy plug and go. Fans don’t run as fast as I would have believed them to. I’m sure it’s cooling more than with nothing. Probably wouldn’t purchase again.

This product is a necessity for laptops. If using a laptop extensively, this keeps the computer from overheating.

This is a great device, wish I had it with my last computer. It is light weight so does not add weight on your lap, fans work well to keep computer cooler.
