I try In a other laptop and don’t work either. So I just tossed it In the trash. Ido not recommend.

The blowing of cool air is at best a gentle fan. I expected colder and stronger from this but it works for now.

The fan is a little high pitched it is not that quiet. The fans on my desktop for instance are much quieter. Over all the build quality is good. There is even a backed cushion area for use on your lap.
