Its only been about a month but it is already malfunctioning and what's worse it cannot be returned. It didn't really help my laptop stay cool to begin with but it was better than just the laptop alone. Now its basically useless. Avoid this purchase.

I used the dual fans for a few times and discovered that one of two fans stopped working. With two fans running, it was very light airflow and not enough to keep any gaming laptop cool.

Barely performs for the money it cost

It is much smaller than a 17’ so this may be the issue but I give it a 2 because if I offset my laptop and put the spot that gets hot DIRECTLY over the fan it seems to work but this makes the product awkward to use.

I bought it for my wife who has a macbook pro and it doesnt really cool it down as much.
