This a great produce it keeps the heat from the laptop from getting your legs warm.

If you want your laptop to last awhile I recommend buying a cooling system. This one works great and the laptop fits on top with no problems. It is also solid and well built.

I would not recommend this product. It didn't work. The fans would not blow. It was very flimsy. It was a waste of money.

Keeps my son's computer from getting too hot. Would buy again.

Pretty low quality and it doesn’t really have speed. It’s not what I was expecting.

Bought one of these in June 2021. In August 2021 the fans stopped working and now one fan only runs partially and makes a crunching sound. After more research there are much cheaper cooling pads which are quieter, switchable, tiltable and have more fans for less $. Learn from my mistake, do your research before buying this. Not returnable to Best Buy even after failing in less than two months.

Must have for laptops as they heat up very fast. It's good to know things won't melt inside as easily.

The product is just not robust enough to cool a high-performance laptop. I packaged up the device and it’s ready for return once the stay in place orders are lifted and we can go back into the stores. Ending up buying from Best Buy the laptop cooling stand from Enhance, which works great!

I like this cool mat because the vents are on the side so you can use it on your lap without it blowing hot air on your legs.

Fans aren't that powerful, then again: how much can you expect from a USB powered colling mat. Some airflow is better than none at all.

These are great and last a long time. We have a few, some we have had for several years.

I know that cooling mats are known to be cheaply made. I also know that Targus is known as the best brand for a cooling mat. In my case, I could see both sides of this. It IS nice looking and comfortable, although not soft. However, the fans are trash. When I first turned mine on, one of the fans was already broken. I also felt that the design works better w/larger laptops. It's a 17" mat and I have a 13.3" laptop. It was just too bulky and didn't seem to fit correctly.

Fans after just four months are making lots of noise. Although it did help cool the laptop a little, laptop was still too hot.

I still use this mat to put my laptop on, but I no longer have it plugged in as the cooling is only slight--not enough to justify having it plugged in.

It advertises better cooling on soft surfaces but in reality, it cools about the same as any other chill mat. For the price, I think it should have much better cooling capabilities than it does.
