The Best Buy sight also has this model has this fan as having 4 USB ports, it actually has None, what good is that? I got this today and it's going back tomorrow, don't waste your time and money, absolute garbage

It's a nice lap protector

SADLY it barely blows with any discernible force. I ended up not using the fan. I give it at least one star because the laptop fits nicely on it and it is comfortable on my legs.

The chill mat is loud the computer slides right off and does not stay stable. IT was suppose to come with 4 usb ports it only came with one. I will never buy this product again or anything by this brand. Total waste of money.

The fans are suffocated because of the minimum top and bottom venting. The fans are also cheapo off the shelfs. Cracking this open and replacing them with $10 cooler masters would have been a massive improvement.

Cooling system in name only..

Both had the same issues. Basically it's a glorified spacer between laptop & desk, nothing more. Will never by Targus mats again.
