Doesn't have powerful fans at all. Makes typing harder because of the slant in the design. I'm returning for one that actually works ad is more ergodynamic in design.

How can it cool a laptop is it doesn't move enough air to flutter a tissue. I sent the first one back - the second one didn't work any better. It's going back too.

But as a few days pasted...I noticed it wasn't cooling properly, then I saw that the wires from the USB plug had snapped off right at the back of the plug! So no need to say, it's going back to Best Buy tomorrow!

So I bought it and what a joke that was. It worked for a total of about 25 days, then started making a horrible noise as the fans whirred, then abruptly last night it stopped working completely. It's now broken. Do not buy this product!!
