Works but plasticky

Broke after first use

The JOBY - GripTight Mount PRO Holder for Smartphone got damaged as well (screw got stuck) Since more than two weeks since purchase passed, I was not able to return it and the manufacturer does not get back to me. Terrible quality and worse customer service.
