    the height is perfectly good and it is stiff to hold by your hand. I can use it for my camera too, not just gopro.

    It's a nice little tripod that grips well with the legs but can't support the weight of my Cannon 80D. It sags down and won't stay up. So it's good for smaller lighter cameras. But not so good for your bigger DSLR cameras.

    The tiny neck that connects the camera base to the tripod can NOT support the weight of a DSLR camera. It snapped within 5 minutes of me placing my Canon Rebel on it. I wouldn't recommend anything more than a go pro on it
