With all I have to carry in bag wish it was larger

For the price it should’ve had wheels that turned. Had I known I wouldn’t have purchased this item.

Does not have enough compartments to secure a laptop. It only has one divider. It's more of a garmet carrier that a briefcase.

Like that it is a "landscape" design but after only 5 weeks of use handle is already loose and shakey

I bought this bag to be able to carry work related items. It has more than enough room to carry my laptop, phone, tablet plus all cables and even files needed when working from home. I will recommend this bag to anyone needing a spacious bag with a lot of compartmental space. It is also very lightweight if carrying by the handles or rolls very easy when using the rolling feature.

As someone who needs to "roll" an office around, vs. carrying it, I need a dependable roller bag that is reliable. Up until the telescoping handle failed - liked the bag pretty much.Targus needs to add like a 'button" or some access so the user can get to it and "unjam it". Bag has a Lifetime Guarantee on it -- so I guess I am about to find out if Targus supports its products, or doesn't. Seems most people complaining are commenting on the handle. Without the availability to roll the bag around, due to weight, it is pretty useless. I have my laptop in it and portable printer and a few files. If I have to carry it, it would weight about 40 pounds - not able to do that for any "distance" - bag is thick side to side (good thing when rollable - bad thing if I have to carry it - awkward). If you buy one - be sure to ask the store to put it in writing you can return it / trade for another if the handle blows.

The case does everything I expected it to do. It is roomy -- easy to open and easy to close.

Great for travelers and commutes, fits personal items in flights.

If you purchase this, be sure to test the telescoping handle out. The 1st one I got, the handle would not collapse completely. Had to exchange it and the 2nd one is difficult to callapse completely but it was the only one in the store. If this one gets too bad, I may just get a refund.

it is nicely made and easy to use, I use it for my notebooks and papers as I am President of an organization. I like it very much!

I like the rolling bag. It has a smooth glide and when I have my work papers and laptop in the bag to me there is no sluggish feel. I am happy so with the item so far.

Great laptop rolling briefcase with a great handle length.

I use this bag for school (I am a teacher). The only use it gets is from my car to my classroom and back. I've had it for approximately 6 months, and already the outer part of the wheels has peeled off and a couple of days ago the handle broke. I now need to get a new bag, and I will be searching for one that is of better quality.

I purchased this case. The button for the handle kept sticking. After more investigation the button is made from plastic and cracked. contacted Targus and they want me to ship it to them. They could have it up to 10 days then send it back to me. I have to pay for all the shipping. I will never buy another one of thier products.
