This is well-made and sturdy for my use--carrying music books and sheet music as I am a church musician. I dinged it 1-star due to the damaged zipper enclosure (see image). Seeing as I really don't have much use to lock up my bag, I decided to keep it. I only share this so that you will inspect your bag should you decide to use this for travel where it may be away from your possession.

Overall a very good bag. It rolls smoothly and I can put a lot in the zippered compartments, even where my laptop is stored, I can add additional papers/books. The only thing that I don't like is the zippered outside 'pocket'. It has only one zipper, whereas the other zippered compartments have a zipper opening on both sides so you can open it the whole way or on one side. It's easy to zipper close because it can close on the top. The outside pocket doesn't do that. It can only open and close from left to right, and it doesn't zipper smoothly on the corners.

It is a compact rolling case. It has three drawbacks: 1) the back support only has a small layer of vinyl that can be removed to expose the handle mechanism, 2) the handle is firm but can feel flimsy since there is no solid back panel, and 3) the front zipper pocket needs two zippers. The pros are: 1) lightweight and compact, 2) the computer case is in the front zipper pouch to prevent breakage, and 3) easy to handle/ quality materials.

I had this brand case for 6 years before the telescopic handle broke and could not be repaired. My new case is almost identical but for 2 differences that are not for the better: 1) the telescopic handle is inside the case, so I can't zipper the back section if the handle is extended; on the previous bag it was on the outside. 2) the flat zippered compartment on the front of the case used to have 2 zipper-pulls so it could be zipped and unzipped from the top middle to both the left and right sides; on the new one there is only one zipper-pull so you can only zip it from one side; that causes small items to fall out of the side that's open. All and all, it's the best I could find for the size of my laptop, but I was disappointed by those 2 changes.

I went through many reviews on many rolling bags this one seemed the best from the reviews i love how strong the wheels and fabric is the zipper seams to have a hard time going around in the corners but besides that this bag is great.

This bag needs two zipper on the front pocket, it only has one so you have to zip it all the way to one side, not bad but if you do not get it completely zipped you could possibly lose small things out of the bottom

The zipper on the main section broke the second time I used it. The material pulled apart at one of the seams as well. I tossed it in the trash

This product does not wear well. the zipper is already broken and it does not travel well. If it had a strap to attach to other luggage handles it would be a bit better but i did expect the quality to be better and have better wear and tear. i have only traveled with it twice and already need to look at purchasing a new one.

The bag did not zip or unzip smoothly. It didn't have any side pockets for an umbrella or water bottle.
