Day one, he dropped it with his school laptop in it. It hit hard, but the bag did its job and no damage. Also he carries alot of books in there too. Looks deceiving in size. Aweso.e peodoct, so glad i got it.

I purchased it on sale with a significant discount. It works well for a product that I'd like to use to carry my laptop. It's padded just enough but it could use more to provide a more premium feel. I however do not think that was the aim of this product. It provides some decent storage but you may want something larger for longer trips. I have another Targus bag that provides this but it's getting dingy, 9 years young.

Looks good when I wear it and has some nice padding for my tablet and other things. I'm not a fan of the netting on the sides, it's not well equipped to hold a hydroflask water bottle and I've already seen tearing because of the stress. The zipper on the front pocket now does this annoying thing where the zip doesn't close when you slide it closed. I have to press on it extra hard to make the zipper teeth close together. Very annoying.

I had this brand previous bags and had no problems. If I was to nip-pick, I would say the area for the CPU. Young children to include adults tend to drop their bags on the ground. maybe a harder or add more cushion on the bottom would stop damage to your laptop.
