Granted, I am not the gentlest on ... well, anything, but I can't think of anything I've done which should've caused it to rip at seams of the zipper. On the bright side, I didn't pay much for it.

The bag lasted me a little less than a year until I noticed that it started getting random holes at the bottom of the bag. I would not purchase again, I would hope no one pays full price for this bag because the quality is very low and the layer at the bottom of the bag is so thin.
