Fell off couch with laptop inside and provided zero, none, nil, zilch, nada protection for laptop inside. It’s better than a reused WalMart thin plastic bag, but you won’t be impressed with the level of padding for the laptop compartment.

front seams ripping open already

Extremely Cheap Material

Extremely cheap material. It's lightweight alright, therefore it has no integrity or stability when you put it on the ground. I bought it because of Targus's reputation for quality products. I can't believe they had the audacity to actually mark it at around $37 and then promoting it as a great discount on Black Friday to lure buyers.

total tech support & protection plans are garbages
