Decent bag with only one layer pocket

Bad Bestbuy store experience

However, after receiving the item I didnt liked the color it looked so I went to the store to exchange with black color (before that I checked with online customer service about this option and they said it is within 15 days of the order and I can do that). However, the store manager told me that they dont carry any black bags. I went in to the store and saw more than 5 black bags in the shelf. When I asked about that, manager said I bought it for a deal and the current store price is more. So I wouldnt be able to exchange. I checked with online customer service about this store reply and they said only store can process this but what store manager mentioned was wrong. I got tired and finally donated this bag.
