The company stated that my refund had been processed, but it has not gone through as promised. I would not recommend this company’s customer support, as they have not been helpful and have failed to take responsibility for their own errors.

The zippers seem well made and look to last for years without problems. a usual weak point. Looks to be water resistant to, that's nice.

It didn't have the top tiered interior material that Targus is known for (which is why I gave it 4 stars) but it can hold 2 laptops, an iPad and other bulky work material.
