    It Targus and I'm expecting lot from this brand, I'm using Targus bag since last 10 years and believe me, same bag still is in very good condition. Talking about this bag it has upside down chains and good quality runners. Somehow with the fabric of this bag does not give me the feel of richness. Brough for $10, not worth the full price.
