I stored my charger in here and put a waterproof jacket over the bag. When I got home the bag had puddles in it and my charger was soaked. If my computer was in here I would be out thousands of dollars. I emailed the company about a warranty replacement and all they offer me was a 20 percent off a full price bag. Garbage bag and garbage support. Never again.

It's a single zipper, which makes it difficult to fully close with one hand; you need 2 hands to zip it DOWN and fully close. Otherwise, if you're zipping it quickly, you might leave a gap in the side, and things may fall out.
